Privacy Policy

Lady B’s Soap Co (LADYBSOAPCO LLC, Palm Coast, Florida) collects only what we need to make, sell and send you soap. We never sell your information.

What we collect, and why

• When you order: your name, email, phone (if you give it), billing and shipping address, and what you bought. We use these to fill and ship your order, send receipts and shipping updates, and answer your questions.
• Payment: card payments are processed by Stripe (including Stripe Link and Amazon Pay if you choose them). Your card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. See Stripe’s privacy policy.
• If you sign up for our emails: your email address, so we can send news and new batches. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• If you give us your details at a market: your name and the contact details you choose to share, kept so we can follow up as you asked.
• When you browse: like most shops, our site uses a few cookies. They keep your basket working, and WooCommerce notes which page or link brought you to the shop so we can see what’s working. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies from ad networks. We also count which pages are visited and where visitors came from (a search, Facebook and so on), without cookies and without keeping your IP address, so nobody can be identified from those counts.

Who else sees it

Only the services we need to run the shop:

• Stripe — takes payments.
• Pirate Ship and the carrier (UPS or USPS) — your name and address go on the shipping label.
• Hostinger — hosts our website and its data.
• Google Workspace — our email.
• Hostinger Reach — sends our newsletter, only if you signed up.

We’ll also share information if the law requires it. That’s all.

How long we keep it

We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require (generally several years). Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. You can ask us to delete anything we’re not required to keep.

Your choices

Email info@ladybsoapco.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Unsubscribe from emails with the link at the bottom of any of them.

Children

Our shop is for adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date at the top.
