These terms cover buying from ladybsoapco.com. The shop is run by LADYBSOAPCO LLC in Palm Coast, Florida (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them.

Handmade products

Every bar is made by hand in small batches. Color, swirl, scent strength and weight vary a little from bar to bar and from the photos. That’s the nature of handmade soap, not a defect. Listed weights are approximate cured weights.

Using our products

Our products are cosmetics for external use. They are not medicines and are not meant to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Every listing shows the full ingredients. Check them for anything you’re sensitive or allergic to. If your skin is sensitive, try a small area first and stop using a product if it irritates you. Keep bars dry between uses and out of reach of children and pets.

Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax is added where it applies. Shipping is shown at checkout. We take payment when you place your order. Card payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number. If you choose pickup, you may pay when you collect.

Your order

After you order, we email you a confirmation. If we can’t fill an order — say a bar sells out at market before your order is packed, or a price on the site was plainly wrong — we’ll tell you and refund what you paid for the items we can’t send.

Preorders

Listings marked “Preorder” are bars that are still curing. We charge when you order and ship on or after the date shown. If a batch doesn’t come out right, we’ll refund you in full.

Discounts and boxes

Box and build-your-own discounts and free-shipping offers apply as shown at checkout. We may change or end an offer at any time; it won’t affect orders already placed. Discounts can’t be swapped for cash.

Our content

Photos, artwork (including Lizzy Bee), recipes, text and logos on this site belong to Lady B’s Soap Co. Please don’t copy them without asking.

Liability

We stand behind our soap. If something goes wrong with an order, the most we’ll owe you is a replacement or a refund of what you paid for it. This doesn’t take away any rights you have under the law.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Florida and the United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
