Where we ship

We ship anywhere in the 50 states, plus Puerto Rico and military APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We don’t ship to the other US territories or outside the US yet.

When it ships

Tuesday and Friday are our shipping days. Every order that’s waiting goes out on the next one. We ship with UPS or USPS, and you’ll get an email with tracking when your package is on its way.

Curing bars and preorders

Some bars are still curing when you order them. The batch is made and resting on the rack. Those listings say “Preorder” and show the date they’re ready. Your order ships on the first shipping day after that date. If your basket mixes ready bars with curing bars, we ship everything together once the last bar is ready.

What it costs

• Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage, usually 2–5 days once it leaves us): $8.50.
• Priority Mail (usually 1–3 days once it leaves us): $16.50.
• Free standard shipping when your basket is $50 or more (after any discounts). Want it faster? Priority Mail is just $10.50 on those orders.
• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and military addresses ship by Priority Mail only, because standard post there can take three weeks or more. Same prices: $16.50, or $10.50 when your basket ships free.
• Free local pickup in Palm Coast. Choose “Pick up in Palm Coast” at checkout and we’ll email you to set a time. You can also choose to collect your order at one of our markets when one is listed at checkout.

Pay at pickup

If you choose pickup, you can pay when you collect.

Sales tax

Florida sales tax (6% plus your county’s rate) is added to orders shipped to, or picked up in, Florida. Orders shipped to other states have no Florida sales tax.

Returns

Our soaps, balms and butters are personal-care items, so we can’t take any of them back. If you’re not satisfied with your order for any reason, email us at info@ladybsoapco.com and we’ll make it right.

Cancelling an order

Changed your mind? Email us at orders@ladybsoapco.com before your order ships and we’ll cancel it and refund you in full.

Refunds

Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. They usually show up within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Lost packages

If tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days, or it says delivered and you can’t find it, email us at orders@ladybsoapco.com. We’ll work with the carrier and make it right.
