Say hello

We read every message ourselves — there’s no call center here, just us and the soap pot.

• Anything about an order (shipping, changes, a problem with a package): orders@ladybsoapco.com
• All other questions: info@ladybsoapco.com
• In person: find us at our weekend markets. Dates and places are on Find us.
• Where we are: Palm Coast, Florida.

We usually answer within one or two days. Market weekends can take a little longer.

About an order? Include your order number (it’s in your confirmation email) and we’ll get to it faster.
