Warm Theory is one idea, done properly: sandalwood. It’s soft and creamy on the dry bar, and in the lather it turns warmer and woodier, the kind of scent that’s still on the towel later. No vanilla, no sweetness, nothing to dress it up.
We make it by our Heritage process, cooking the soap in the pot before it goes into the mold. The base is tallow and olive oil with shea butter, coconut and castor, and aloe vera juice stands in for the water. Coconut milk, colloidal oats, sugar, silk and a little bentonite clay make the lather creamy, and a pinch of turmeric warms the color. One fragrance oil carries the scent.
The theory is simple: warm wood, good soap, nothing extra.
