Lady B’s Dish Soap
Swirl a wet brush over the block and you get thick suds straight away. It cuts through grease and rinses clean off pots, pans and plates.
$5.00 – $15.00Price range: $5.00 through $15.00
This is dish soap the old way: a solid block made from coconut oil, which gives the quickest, strongest suds in soapmaking, with a little castor oil to keep them going. A touch of lemon essential oil keeps it smelling fresh at the sink.
Pick how you want it. The soap comes poured into a coconut shell or a white ceramic ramekin, or as a plain puck with a slatted bamboo draining dish. Add a palm-held bamboo brush to any of them, or buy refill pucks once you’re hooked.
Keep it on a draining dish between uses so it stays dry, and one block lasts a long while.
