Disco Shimmer

Berry and orange come up first, bright and a little spicy with clove. Ylang ylang and tonka add a soft, sweet middle, and as the lather builds it finishes warm: creamy vanilla, myrrh and resin. It’s one fragrance oil from Bramble Berry, and it does a lot of dancing.

Underneath is a plant-based bar of olive oil, coconut and shea butter, with a little castor for a steady lather. Powdered milk, sugar and silk make the lather richer, and sodium lactate gives a harder, longer-lasting bar. The green, pink and purple swirls and the silver top are mica, done by hand. We make it by cold process and give it a slow cure.
